- Work with single-cell gene expression data to explore molecular patterns associated with stress response using Python-based computational tools.
- Organize, clean, and manage large genomic datasets to support accurate, reproducible biomedical research.
- Collaborate with graduate researchers on experimental design, bioinformatics workflows, and data interpretation.
